Important and relevant topic and interesting to learn about broadband access worldwide and the development of National Broadband Plans. 
  • Article from the Asia Insurance Review regarding collaboration between the ILO and governments of Germany and Bangladesh to develop Employment Injury Insurance (EII).
  • 2015 is the International Year of Soils. This article addresses an important topic for farmers and reminds us of the following: 1) Yields are greatly impacted by soil quality and that it impacts potential Ag insurance product design; 2) Risk management in the Ag sector should include ex ante interventions, beyond financial services; 3) New techniques and collaboration across different research fields offers options to address the soil degredation challenge.
